Refund and Exchange Policy

At Zubiya Boutique, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Returns and Exchanges: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please contact us within this period to initiate the process.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, with all labels still attached, and in the original packaging. Any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Process: Contact Zubiya Boutique via website, email or Instagram direct message immediately upon receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. We will require photographic evidence of the entire order, including individual items, any faults, and the clothing tags. 
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must provide Zubiya Boutique with a tracking number, and it is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us. We will not be held liable for any missing parcels.
  • Damaged Items: If your order is received damaged, you must contact us straight away upon receipt of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours of receiving your parcel will not be accepted. We do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit after they have left our premises.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been inspected. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will not refund amounts attributable to the loss or damage.  Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded. 
All refunds or partial refunds will be processed using the original payment method. This means that payments made via gift card will be refunded back to the customer's gift card.
    Once your return request has been approved, please return items with all packaging, barcode tags, and labels intact in their original packaging, within 7 days of receiving confirmation. 

    All items are thoroughly inspected upon return. If we determine that your item is faulty, we will refund the full cost of your product, excluding postage. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the returned products. You will receive an email confirming the refund, including the original order value and the refunded amount.

     

     

    • After receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow at least 5 working days for the money to be credited back to your account. 
    • Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.
    • We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
    •  Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are intentionally damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition.
    • All orders are refunded in GBP & the amounts received in other currencies can be subject to slight currency fluctuations.
